If your combined one-rep max totals in Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift is 1,000 lbs. or greater (or 500 lbs. or greater for females) you're a member of the Club. Ask a staff member to witness/spot your efforts.
Register at the Brussels Fitness Center. NATO, US Embassy, and US Mission are welcome to participate!
