Looking for a fun and challenging way to improve your strength and fitness? Look no further than our weekly Wednesday class, where you'll use barbells to get a full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong and energized!

Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of exercises designed to target every muscle group, from your legs and glutes to your arms and shoulders.
