Functional Fitness - by definition, “Functional training” means training with a purpose. You use basic functional movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, rotating, carrying, walking and running every day. Training the body in a natural way provides several benefits, including flexibility and less chance of injury. Part of STRONG B.A.N.D.S month!
