During the month of January, challenge yourself to do 100,000 squats and/or run 100 miles.  The Fitness Center staff will help your track your progress and provide encouragement so you can reach your fitness goals.  

Combine fitness with eating healthy.  The Eat Better, Feel Better nutrition class is held every first Tuesday in the 3 Star Recreation Center.
