Monthly Deadlift and Eat Better, Feel Better Challenge

Get in shape in 2020 with the Fitness Center monthly challenges!

Do one or both challenges.  You have the whole month to complete!

There are three levels for the deadlift challenge:

Beginner 70,000 LB
Intermediate 100,000 LB
Advanced 150,000 LB

The eat better challenge is no processed food for the month of February. Combine this challenge with the Eat Better, Feel Better class held the first Tuesday of each month at 11 AM.
