The October challenge is:
10,000 STEPS a DAY and/or 100,000 LB Bench Press
 
You have the whole month to reach your goals and do your best to complete this
challenge.The fitness center staff will help you every STEP of the way!
 
Complete three monthly challenges and get a Brussels Fitness Center T-shirt!
 
Combine your fitness routine with eating healthy.  The Fitness Center has a monthly
class---Eat Better, Feel Better---first Tuesday of each month at 11 AM.
