This clinic is open to youth ages 6-15 years old. Clinic dates are Tuesdays-February 16, 23 and March 2,9,16 for kids 6-9 years and Thursdays-February 18, 25, March 4,11,18 for kids 9-15 years old.
Open to U.S. and NATO ID cardholders.
Cost
$25 per child
Registration Information
Children must be registered with CYS and have a valid health assessment.
