We help Soldiers from their first assignments all the way to separation or retirement, as well as Families, veterans, wounded warriors, survivors, and retirees.  ACS supports the entire Army community.

FAP exists to improve the quality of life for military families through prevention, education, intervention, and prompt reporting of child and spouse abuse.

Military Family Life Counselor (MFLC)

The Military and Family Life Counseling Program helps military families overcome challenges with free face-to-face support.

Army Family Action Plan (AFAP)

Deployment Assistance Program

The Deployment Assistance Program provides all mobilizing, activating, and deploying Service members and family members with services and support during all phases of deployment. The program provides information regarding these topics, either directly or by referral, as appropriate to the needs and the phase of deployment: 

- Changes in roles and responsibilities during deployment. 
- Communication maintenance issues and technology for staying in touch. 
- Stress and anger management strategies; coping strategies. 
- Suicide prevention and behavioral health screenings, intervention, and treatment. 
- Medical and dental benefits; legal assistance. 
- Personal security or safety. 
- Practical suggestions for reducing loneliness and isolation. 
- Available services and supports and how to access them. 
- Reintegration. 
- Interpersonal skills in marriage and parenting. 
- Financial management before, during, and after deployment.

Army Family Team Building (AFTB)

AFTB is a volunteer-managed program in its purest form.  Volunteer instructors offer a series of “Army life” education and professional development classes for spouses. “Families helping Families” is what AFTB is all about.
