Sign Up for Youth Sports & Fitness

Getting your child involved in Youth Sports & Fitness is easy! Follow the steps below to register and make sure they're ready to play.

Who Can Participate? 

Youth Sports & Fitness is open to children and teens ages 3-18. To participate, your child must:

  • Be registered with Child & Youth Services (CYS)
  • Have a current sports physical on file
  • Meet age requirements for the chosen sport or program
     

How to Register

Step 1: Enroll with Child & Youth Services (CYS)

If your child isn’t already enrolled, register in person at your local Parent Central Services or online. 

You will need:

  • Birth certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Emergency contact information

Step 2: Complete a Sports Physical
A sports physical is required annually. Get a doctor to fill out and sign the form, then submit it to Parent Central Services. 

Step 3: Sign Up for a Sport or Program
Once your child is registered with CYS and has a valid sports physical, enroll them in Youth Sports & Fitness programs.

  • Register online or sign up in person at your local Youth Sports & Fitness or Parent Central Services
  • Pay attention to enrollment deadlines 
  • Sign up as early as possible to secure your spot

What Happens After Registration?

You'll receive a call or email with:

- Your child's team assignment (for team sports)
- Practice schedule, set by the coach
- Competition schedule
